If you place an order and cancel it after its shipping, it will not be cancelled.  Or if you want to cancel it before shipping then you can cancel it.

If you order a printed product and cancel it after some time, you cannot cancel it, because it is our print policy that you cannot cancel a printed product and if you want to cancel, your advance  payment will not be returned.  Or you cannot cancel it after shipping.
